About the Event

CSI Visakhapatnam Chapter is a Category-A Chapter of CSI with nearly 3 decades of vibrant existence, having more than 600 life members and 20+ student chapters. The chapter is striving to spread IT & Computer related excellence. The chapter had been adjudged as the Best Regional Chapter during the years 2006, 2010, 2014 & 2016 apart from winning the Best National Chapter Award in 2014.

The Conference is organised by Computer Society of India(CSI), Visakhapatnam Chapter in association with Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (Visakhapatnam Steel plant), with an aim to get practitioners from Academia, Industry, Research Organisations, Government Organisations and NGOs at a common platform for sharing their experience and exchange the ideas to develop cutting edge Industry 4.0 solutions. Industry 4.0, as the new digital industrial technology, makes it possible to gather and analyze data across machines, enabling faster, more flexible and efficient processes to produce high quality goods at reduced costs. This manufacturing revolution will increase productivity, shift economics, foster industrial growth and modify the profile of the workforce, ultimately improving the competitiveness of companies and regions. The areas being covered in the conference : Cognitive Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Process Automation through Robotics, Simulation, Big Data and Analytics, Augmented Reality, Additive Manufacturing, The Cloud, Cyber Security, IOT, System Integration and related technologies.

CSI Visakhapatnam Chapter invites CEOs, CIOs, IT professionals, IT enthusiasts, IT End-users, Researchers, Academicians, Students and all CSI members to participate as authors and delegates to attend the conference in Physical or ‘online’ mode. Technical papers with high standards will be considered for publication in ‘Springer’ Journal. Manufacturers and Start-ups are invited to participate in the conference to present and exhibit their products, services and integrated solutions. Students can participate in Hackthon / Ideathon being conducted.
